Common questions
Is my seat locked as soon as I pay?
Yes. The seat is taken when payment succeeds. Because capacity is limited, a seat that is taken cannot be booked by anyone else.
What happens if I need to cancel?
Cancellation and refund terms follow the platform policy. Cancel from your booking page so another fan can take the seat.
Can more than one person join an offline session?
Yes, as long as the format is PRYVO LIMITED or OPEN and capacity is still available. The 1 ON 1 format is for a single fan.
Who sets the price and duration?
Management and the talent. PRYVO.ID provides the infrastructure, the customer journey and operational support.
